As a Certified Neuro-Behavioural Modeller(NBM), Business and Life Coach, Jim is focused on empowering all those he works with to focus on “Who They Need To Become” in order to achieve their outcomes, and to live their ultimate purpose.
An area of particular interest is working with Entrepreneurs and Business owners who have experienced rapid and exponential growth in their businesses, yet are overwhelmed, unfulfilled and “stuck”.
Jim is a Visionary, who sees the big picture in all he touches. He is committed to supporting others to see their vision more clearly and to courageously step into it.
Jim is married to Bettina, and they have two adult sons.

Adam has been working in the hospitality industry for 20 years from hotels, restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and night clubs.
Adam has competed in cooking competitions all around Australia winning over 40 awards including 2012 Nestle Professional Young Chef of the year, 2011 Proud to be a chef Finalist and two Singapore Chefs Association Medals.
He was also the President for the Australian Young Chef Club for three years in formative years of the club and represented his country in Norway, Fiji and Vanuatu in an official role.
Adam is currently a Global Consultant Chef who travels the world with world wide food brands like Mission Foods and Tabasco to cook and present at trade shows, present to key clients and also record and media content needed.
Chef Adam also owns his own Commercial Manufacturing Baking Business, Adam’s Bake Shop, and produces products which are sold internationally to a variety of markets, mostly the health care industries.
Currently Adam is working on a few new food projects and hopes to launch his business to the international market place and ingrain his company as a global player in the food business.
He has started a new project with Jim Karagiannis in the form of a business and lifestyle podcast called “Launch and Beyond”
